Here's one of the easiest ways to create an excellent and very realistic feeling flake. Simply use the cap of the resin for a mold and use a hammer to break off corners. Then drill a hole for the bolt and file down the area around the hole a bit for use of a flathead hex bolt. This won't pass for professional look, but it will add a lot to the slab routes of your wall.
