These holds are amazing foot holds. Looking at them anyone would laugh since they barely put a rise in the wall, but stick the rubber sole on them and it holds like glue. Just make a dent in the silica sand in your bucket and pour in some resin. Let it dry for a full day, then lift it out, drill a hole, tap off the sharp edges on the concrete, and you're done! Easy!
