Here's a list of what you will need and where to get it. I bought my materials from Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Walmart, and Hobby Lobby. If you have these or similar stores nearby, this should be easy.
Home Depot shopping list:
Polyester Fiberglass Resin Bondo (LIQUID, NOT PUTTY)...$24/gal.
Extra hardner...$2
A cheap caulk gun if you need one
Silica Sand Grade 4 (if they don't have it Ace Hardware will)...$6.00
3/8" zinc washers...$0.15 ea. (buy 10 for now)
3/8" allen head bolt...$1.25?
dust masks... Cheaper than the medical bills.
Walmart shopping list:
100% Silicone Caulk ...$1.99 ea. (get three and make sure it is 100% silicone)
Dixie Cups 5oz.
kitchen dish cleaning brush with plastic bristles (or use an old one like me)
